Welcome to our tutorial on how to start a newchat

To get started, open click the chat icon with a cross on the middle.

Search for the participants you want to add — it can be one person or multiple. Today, we'll show you how to create a group. But if you only want to chat with a single user, just select their name and click Next. For a group chat, select all the people you want to include they can be internal or external, then click Next to continue. And just like that you created a group
