Welcome to our tutorial on how to resolve contact conflicts when a contact appears in both Bridge and your C R M

To get started, click the icon on the left that looks like two people

If you're experiencing issues, there may be a conflict with your contact, the contact might exist in both Bridge and your C R M. Simply click on Conflict Detected, choose which version you'd like to keep, and with just one click, it will sync with Bridge
